This 8 oz amber jar candle is dedicated to the Umalagad or the ancestral guardian spirits, similar to guardian angels, in Bisayan folk beliefs. Hints of oakmoss and amber gives off a dreamy smell. Topping the candle are some betel leaves as an offering to the umalagad, orange peels, sesame seed, and guava leaves to cleanse. May you light this candle for your umalagad so that you may be guided and protected by them.
All our candles are made with 100% soy wax and hand poured in small batches. This wooden wick Umalagad candle has been infused with natural silver mica and eco friendly black dye that is paraben and phthalate free.
*NOTE*: These are currently on sale due to the labels not being the right size for the jar for the current batch. However, as part of my beliefs in not putting things to waste, I've used them on these candles. It is more of an aesthetic factor and does not affect the performance of the candle itself.
